Both right Bure. Q2.....156 games and 19 goals for us. Went to Bournemouth in exchange for Tony Powell. Q4......2 x defenders and, giveaway, goalie.
Right, Forbes being the wrong one of those four. And Howard. I saw him play, but have minimal recollection.

(Before) Q3:- Scored the goal that confirmed City's qualification for the UEFA cup. (After). Q4:- Kept a clean sheet at Wembley in the 1978 league cup final. (Before). And a very hard one, played 8 games on loan with us. Q5:- Played the role of Sammy Davis Jr in The Rat Pack musical stage show. (After, obviously). Clues may be forthcoming tomorrow.
Q3 wrong Bure but congratulations on the others, especially the last one. I was lucky enough to see Ron Davis at his best for us. Have never seen a striker as good in the air. He seemed to defy gravity at times.
This player scored for his team after leaving us, meaning their opponents failed to get the points to overtake us.
Got me there, I assume he must have scored against Blackburn, who finished 1point behind us. Still trying
Andy Linighan scored in a cup final replay, which meant that we qualified for Europe.. I believe he broke his nose scoing the header.
I was going to say Tim Sherwood then I realised I had completely got the wrong end of the stick and was too embarrassed to let the message lay bare for everyone to laugh at! Andy Linighan was a top answer, Essex. Good bit of lateral thinking.
