We did okay for 50 minutes and then we looked clueless and lacked any semblance of a game plan in the second half. Our passing was absent and our decision making was awful in the final third. I can't see where any goals are going to come from. One win now in our last seventeen home games.
If our performances are improving, it could be worse. Sounds as if we're in the right place mentally, but perhaps not physically. Work to be done
Hard to see what more they could have done today, full on effort just did not get the rub. The injuries are definitely a concern, although Kakay after looking stricken with cramp was bombing down the wing soon after. Sinclair was on the pitch applauding the fans so guess his was just cramp, Field could be a worry though and **** knows if Willock can ever get properly fit again. Another worry, Chair didn't do anything to put off potential suitors today, hopefully increased his value though.
Everyone played as well as they could, unlucky to not get a draw at least, lacking a bit of quality but we all know that...the effort is def there though
Should never have lost that ! If you don't take your chances you pay the price, Kakay's miss was criminal. Armstrong unlucky and best player by a mile, if he's got an injury we really are ****ed. We so need a finisher in our side, Ipswich had 5 today including their bench ffs, there's the difference. We are in trouble with our squad and if Field is injured too, then I simply can't see us getting any results. We have to bring in a couple if quality additions before the window closes including a goalscorer !
Robbed by the sticks it seems All in, as I gather from on here, we are much improved and just lacked the rub of the green Was always thus following the R's
Sinclair had a shot that hit both posts and Kakay missed a sitter from two yards with the goal at his mercy, it’s like there is a W12 spell on us.
Felt a bit better than most of the other **** performances at home stretching back to last October. Perhaps a bit unlucky but if you can’t score…….found the shape, especially second half, very confusing, no idea where Colback was meant to be playing. The crowd was in good voice and 100% supportive. C&S doing a roaring trade pre match.
Didn’t deserve to lose that & draw at least but goals count & that seems our problem, Armstrong unlucky & then should’ve squared it for chair but didn’t look up last week at Cardiff, not bad performance at times, Ipswich moved the ok but didn’t threaten till late, badly missed Dykes, thought youngsters did ok when on, we move on
Went down with no challenge, either cramp or pulled something, Willock injury well I give up with him
I wasn't there, but it seems to have been a decent performance against a team tipped for promotion. There's no danger of us getting relegated.
It was a decent performance but I don’t know who is tipping Ipswich for promotion. For a promoted team they’ve had a very good start. In discussion with Roller pre match I agreed to withhold judgement on our chances until at least after the window closes. They’ll be a few late loan signings probably.
First half sounded decent. 2nd half sounds like a shambles, with more injuries etc and Colback playing out of position apparently. Of course there's a chance that we'll go down. We're definitely one of the favourites to.
