No striker at home isn’t ideal mind but **** it, sexy football, ball on the deck, dack to open his account
I'd be playing Hemir, ok he's not quite ready but he can learn on the job for me. Seen in preseason that he's capable of putting away headers and we're not exactly blessed in that department.
Hes not going to learn anything sat on the bench. Really annoying team selection from Mowbray. Im guessing Batth will continue to stay on the bench now until he finds a new club. I really struggle to understand our thinking as a club sometimes
I'm sure that the coaching staff has been working with this starting 11 all week and have a plan. I trust them to come up with the goods today.
I get Mowbray thinks Hemir's not ready but there's also something to be said for not having square pegs in round holes. We're also lacking a lot of height and physicality and he gives us both. Dunno what's going on with Batth but again we're sacrificing physicality by not playing him. Poor balance to the team. Could win 5-0 like there's a lot of talent in there but it feels like we're gambling too much.
What is there to lose in playing Hemir? If he’s not ready then play him against Crewe. He’s going to learn absolutely nothing being sat on the bench. Rotherham will sit really deep and really narrow and will defend their box and we have no option to put the ball into the box. Not happy
