Sure I read somewhere Kinnear said 4 players in today. Mind if it was midnight and that **** said it was dark outside, I'd still take a look to be sure.

We should snap anyone’s hands off if offering £25m for Gnonto as I don’t see a way back for him.

Archie Gray has now played almost every minute and maybe needs a bit of managing, as soon as we get a new player in there.

Defence looking better but Ayling caught out a couple of times and worries me because a better team would have punished us. We need the RB and LB positions sorting. Looks like Drameh is out of the running.

Thought Gelhardt had his best game and gave everything for the cause. He should have had a penalty and he was linking play well and kept the ball and got it out to James for the goal and his rasping shot was unlucky, but is he the answer as a 10?

Rutter isn’t been found when he gets into space. He is frustrated as hell and not happy that he isn’t getting much service. I felt he was going to break his duck last night and Bamford must be glad he hasn’t.

Hopefully the coming days will see at least 3 arrivals now we got some money in and even more cash if we sell Gnonto. We should also find out if Sinisterra is staying this week

We need to be quicker getting the ball into the front men because everyone is going to park the bus against us and try for a counter attack. We are not good enough yet at possession football as stats mean nothing

If Drameh goes we still need a left back.

I forgot to say that I have been a critic of Dan James but thought he was great last night, we just need someone the right side doing the same thing. Will that be Sinisterra or Summerville? shacks was ok last night but for me he isnt good enough and should go. Lewis Bate could be a dark horse

All would not be lost up front if we could hold on to Summerville. I think we’d need a miracle to keep Sinisterra.

Watching the players in the stand, Firpo looked a miserable bastard

Regarding LB, sadly I think Drameh is not going to feature, I think Farke will sign a new LB and Ayling will remain first choice on the opposite, Byram a utility player for either side.

I say sadly but we haven’t really seen what he could do with an extended run.

I believe James will improve the more he is played in his favoured position and the more he gets a few games under his belt. He is going to always be a fans scapegoat unless Bamford returns and misses a few to take the pressure off him ;)

We probably have another 4-5 players wishing they had release clauses, you don’t always get what you want, we need him managed and coached and convinced Leeds is best for him <ok>

I read James missed a sitter from 4 yards. Same old Dan I'm afraid.

Luton wanted him for the prem and it's big wages. The only reason i think he is still here is he was injured and not match fit.

Drameh jumped ship for Cardiff and we needed him to stay. The club asked him to stay but his needs came first.

He did but created Ayling goal and again took a brilliant save from Brom keeper to prevent him scoring. Easily our man of the match

Having another look at the Kinnear comments on why we loaned players out. His biggest defence said we saved £30m in wages….. er yeah but he could have saved the £30m and got a transfer fee too ffs. With Adams gone for £24m and if we sell Gnonto we are looking at bringing in £50m on 2 players alone which would have meant concluding a lot of transfer deals before the season kicked off.

Thing is mate, Gelhardt in that free role needs to be running the game. He was neat and tidy but I want more from a 10.

Agree with Rutter and that kind of amplifies my above comment about Gelhardt. Rutter was starved of service, particularly quick service. A real 10 like Pablo would have given Rutter much more chance last night.

Dunno what Joffy does from here. Maybe back to the 21's and get a few goals and some confidence.

I go back to something Wakey said earlier about Drameh wanting away. What people forget is that lots of 21s were stopped from playing football for just about a whole season as they sat on the first team bench. The 21s got relegated as it was packed with U16s and 18s. Summerville wanted out and Drameh wanted out because they wanted to play football and develop. Summerville, Greenwood and Gelhardt stayed but really lost a whole season. Cresswell too was on the bench instead of skippering the 21s. Joffy was doing ok and became a bit of a cult hero but spent last season being overlooked and then loaned out. Drameh has had 2 great seasons on loan, Joffy not so much, Greenwood not so much,mCresswell had a good season out on loan. Think Joffy and Greenwood lost a season of development and Summerville benefited but wants away?

Same kind that refuses to travel as the bus is ready to depart for Birmingham leaving teammates in the lurch.

I'd stick him training with the lads in a practice game and let them kick 10 bells of **** out of him. I'd make sure the **** would be out longer than Dallas if I were training.
