Holland is one of the big players in the farming industry….. but they’ve been protesting against government regulations and closures since Covid started the great reset says fk farming have a locust or a lab grown steak because of climate change instead bill gates is clapping us through the doors of his hunger games societies as we speak saying…. I did it master now please can I suck your Rothschild like uncle Jp Morgan did, I pwomis not to spit it out oh master pweese
Bit surprised to find out it was one of their own experts who had been nicking the stuff that had worked there for three decades.... https://news.sky.com/story/british-...res-vanished-named-as-senior-curator-12941912 I was wrongly assuming it would be some junior clerk.
Well I wouldn't exactly expect some guy that's been employed for 30+ years, to be suddenly stealing from his employer - although his son denies it was his dad.
Well if it was down to me I wouldn't be opening tombs at all, but most of us have been to museums, so we can hardly criticise.
Lucy Letby found guilty. Delighted to have been proved wrong. What an awful and shocking case. Hope she gets attacked every day of her remaining life.
Now she has been found guilty, I expect the police will investigate and find more to charge her with. My guess is they wanted a conviction on what they've got so far first. Also NHS employees will have more confidence to come forward knowing she is banged up for what will be the rest of her life.
Be interesting to see if they seek a retrial on the 6 attempted murder charges where a verdict wasn't reached. The hospital doesn't come out of this looking good either. If I had a pregnant partner and lived in that area I'd be driving into Wales for the birth.
Hopefully Matt Hancock and co will be done for a similar act of murdering the elderly with life ending drugs aka the Liverpool pathway eugenics program
They might do, seek a retrial. I had guessed the jury were having trouble coming to a decision by the length of time it appeared to be taking, particularly as I've sat on a jury a few times myself. I expect the jury were split and then had to get further guidance from the judge, hence when he/she made the majority decision, rather than you all agree. I expect some of the jurors wanted more evidence, but cases like these are so hard to prove. I don't suppose one juror having to drop out helped because you only then need two against and you are screwed, trouble was the case will have already cost too much, so no way they wanted to go to a retrial. But it looks as if they might have to do it all again anyway, although maybe if she gets life means life, there might not be no point proceding through the courts, but loved ones will see that differently, because they will want closure.
There's a sick irony in her being assigned to the 'patient safety' team after being removed from the ward. Absolutely staggering the amount of time it took to get police involved. Surely some hospital staff should be prosecuted too for this. @brb think you're right about more charges coming. There's already another 2 deaths under investigation.
Yeah my first thought was the retrial for attempted murder charges seem unnecessary seeing as she's guilty of 7 murders so won't make a material difference to the sentence. But then I considered it from the pov of the parents of those kids and I know I would want a retrial on those charges.
Police have said they are now going to review the care of 4,000 babies and an investigation into her training from 2012. So that means they are probably going to review her whole career.
