Not sure it's mathematical exactly but yes, I'd class this platform as social media.

One of the weirdest things about all this is that they are apparently waiting to discuss this with the women players still at the world cup.

It's as if, they've decided to reintegrate him in the squad but best ask their permission first. ****ing unbelievable.

Firstly, it's not their decision. Or indeed the men players, who are the ones who'll have to actually work with him.

The statement definitely suggests he'll be coming back, but for that one final thumbs up from a few women players.

The whole thing is just fkin rotten! Especially the pretentious wokeness of talking to the women first when clearly they have made the decision.

Just like every other critical decision at the club, we now have to wait. They run the club like it’s a soap opera. Useless cowards that only care about money.

Unless they plan to say they have listened to the women and now Greenwood has to leave!

What a massive PR stunt that would be.

Except, they ain't going to do that because they care only about whether Greenwood is an asset they can't let go for free.

I find it hard to believe they are considering absolutely ****ing up the whole of this season and at least short term future of United entirely by keeping him, I really do.

    I shouldn't, but I do!

He has to go. If any club in the PL has to take a stand it is us. The mountain of abuse that will come our way if we keep him would do us so much reputational damage it would be incredible. Sponsors would fall away, away would make for an impossible atmosphere, not just for Greenwood, but anyone else on the field - all of it **** that this club can well do without, this isn't City..

Sell him this window, there must have been suitors, get good money for him and put it to good use by bolstering the midfield and defence, something we should have done before spending the necessary cash on Mount.

This is likely an overestimation of what will happen if he’s reintegrated. Do we really think that they, the very money men, haven’t evaluated the financial impact, which quite frankly is the only thing that the club actually cares about?

My bet is that the PR strategy is to test the water on likely feedback from the public. They will be monitoring all data feeds to capture fans response to the information drip.

    Sunderland sacked Johnson
Mendy never went back to City
    Everton didn’t take Gylfi back.

If your club takes him back you’ll be forever hated in this country and the atmosphere will be toxic at the games up and down the country. Supporters will be literally be called rapists in the street if they’re wearing the strip. Your other players will suffer abuse and they’ll soon be sick.

The guy is a rapist. You simply can’t keep him on the books.

They wont because most people who are normal wont care enough.
And most people aren't computer nerd min/maxers who sit on their PC's all day thinking up ways to **** on rival football fans.
You can try it if you want next time you see a guy in a United shirt but you are prolly gonna get knocked the **** out

It’s mindless, isn’t it?! To be contemplating abuse based on a really bad situation and pretend that it is a moral protest. As though we don’t have enough mindlessness in football as it is.

We're a mess with the rest of the transfer window. Maguire aint leaving so Paverotti's going to Inter. We gave assurances to Amrabat to hold on and looks like we fcked him off too bcos we haven't been able to sell McTominay or Van Be Dickhead.

And the best bit is we have the revenue to buy who we want, but those fat fck slugs at the top want the money for themselves.

It's no exaggeration to say that the Glazers parting gift, if they even leave, will be to completely **** this season up for the club.

I don’t see the Maguire situation as bad. It wouldn’t be wise to simply assume that any random defender that we bring in to replace him will provide better value. Plus we have Evans too. With Maguire staying, the defence shouldn’t be a problem this season.

Midfield is where the problem lies. It will be great to get a solid player, but McTominay staying is also not the end of the world if we can find a system that works to complement all the bodies in that middle of the park. I dare say that playing Mount and Bruno in the middle is far more of a concern that needs to be solved.

Most United fans seemed psyched when you signed Mount!
Whats with all the negative nelly's now?

I think I'm right in saying that if we wanted to make more signings, we could, the finances are there, the issue of compliance with FFP simply means that withing a defined period our accounts must meet FFP rules. We don't have to comply every minute of every day, but rather we have to balance the books by a specific date. Whether that is Jan to Dec I don't know, but if we manage to balance by that date, we're fine. We can do that by sales in this window or by inward investment which will swing the balance in our favour between income and expenditure

Amrabat is just better than McTominay. I'd rather we sold one, bought the other, but if we don't then fine. Not the biggest deal.

Agree 100% on Maguire. He stays in the squad and if this jeopardises his England position, which it should, he will probably just leave in January. I never saw why we needed Pavard anyway.

I actually think another striker is where the problems will ultimately be.

No, but even if I did it was pre season ffs.

    As in, practice games.

He's in a completely unfamiliar surroundings at the moment. He needs to bed in and have his team mates also step up. They were collectively ****.

Chief, remember when players used to score on their debut?

Now, I’m not suggesting that Mount should score, but he gave absolutely gave us nothing to get excited about. He was borderline useless. And he’s been that way for all games that he played in. And yes, preseasons count when you’re a new player.
