    Cattermole was class imo.

    I also loved the fact he didn't go in for the fnayc boots ****e. Plain black boots (Adidas world cups iirc) and his shorts pulled up shirt tucked jn like he was playing decades ago!

    i got about half way down then lost interest (that happens with most things now so not meant as a slur on them)...seems to me that the clubs fortunes have taken a turn for the better, while there is still plenty to do after years of being run into the ground, surely that should be heralded in a purely positive manner, unless people actually think that a club bordering on administration can 'suddenly' spend on a premiership level.

    plenty others have posted similar but i am at a loss as to what supporters expect these days, the premiership/sky ruined it as a fair competition and social media is everyones soap box now, the problem with that is far too many people are on the 'want it now' curve that they follow each other into stupidity...i come from a time that we were pretty dire as a club, one fa cup win got the interest up but we (in my time) have never been seen as a top club but we knew what we were and we followed the lads with a slight hope that one day our time will come, these days it is all about grabbing some 'mega-rich tw@t' who is happy losing millions per month.

    At rosenborg vs hearts, rosenborg have a CM called Nypan that we should be keeping a very close eye on. Only 16 n looks like he has a bit of everything, going to be a very good player

    ... anyone who disagrees with that concept is, frankly, idiotic.

    It's 100% certain we can't compete with the top clubs so it's pointless spending multi-millions trying.

    I only caught the last 15mins or so as I was watching the cricket but the kid played a nice pass into the forward who should have done a bit better with his shot.
