I don't recall reading anyone saying that, but players from Germany tend to settle better than ones from say Italy, or France.

to be fair I was shocked they didn't try

the fact they are wasting fernandez as that player and have spent another 180mil before add ons on 3 other no 6s is astounding stupid.

a midfield of caicedo lavia fernandez in any other club is 3 defensive midfielders.

If Lavia/Moises hadn't been public, no one would care we didn't spend £170million to get them and they would have been laughing at Chelsea for spending that much instead.

touchy does seem quite touchy as a person. I'm going to predict he is largely left on the bench at real again this season. I just think real are hoarders and are loathe to let go at times

personally caicedo for me was a nuts story. his game is clearly obvious to all but his attitude in January and since has stunk to high heaven. he is so far from the character a klopp signing was supposed to have thst it made little sense but then keita was similar.

lavia is what it is. we messed that up plain and simple.

you are right, aromatic (deliberate pun) doesn't sell right.

I have to actually see the endo the line on this one but it does feel completely off kilter to any thought of strategy.

only time will tell cos if there is 91million (111-20) not spend come spet 2nd then the fans will lose the heads.

True. But I’d rather a player in a poor team who is capable of making lots of tackles, than a player in a poor team unable to do it.

I know it’s very different lesgue so can’t compare but celtic have signed a lot of Japanese players over last few years - mainly because of Spurs new manager having knowledge there.

They seem to be producing some half decent players. Stereotyping but Japanese are never the biggest so generally play a more technically game than physical and in the World Cup a few years ago really surprised a few people - finished top above Germany and Spain.

Seen a really humble hard working player and what can say about Endo from what read is even if he isn’t the best player in the team - he will give absolutely 100% for every minute of the 90 (or should I say 100 these days?).

until we see him we can't know.

if he comes.on v a physical enough bournemouth and stands up to them or especially newcastle in a week's time then we will know pretty quickly what he can do.

every team needs a mix not all glory hounds so as you've said. if he provides a platform for others to work off then great. if he's a back hole then it's no use.

Bobby Clark Central Midfield 18
I don't know when they will come of AGE?

Well you would think at age 20 Morton would have had more experiences if Klopp rated him highly.
