    I agree with you Dai. Also, I think that being in and out of a team with at the time little direction, knocked the confidence right out of him. I think it's happened to a number of our ex players.
    It's one of the reasons that I and a few more on here hanker after a DoF to develop a playing ethos for the entire club. Perhaps then we would attract more talent and be able to nurture those that we have.
    We're paying the price for short-termism.

    His 2 goals last night were both well hit shots not unlike his winner v Blackburn last season - he needs to be judged over the season not 2 games - let’s see in May if he gets to the 20+ mark.

    He wasn't great in the Championship....

    But neither were most of his team mates.

    Not happy if Evans goes out on loan, could have done with him against QPR. Bulut said his team will be based on performance, as yet I have not seen this.

    It may be a numbers factor. Tanner did himself a favour v QPR and presumably there’s not room for them both although I’d keep them both now Ojo has gone

    Remember Philip Kiss? Just watching him play for Sharjah in the UAE Prem league.

    Entertaining football to watch - finished 4 - 3 and he scored. This new laptop is awesome..............<laugh>

    EDIT THAT - he was actually playing for the other side Kalba, but who cares......<laugh>

    I thought he’d be given a run at Villa this season but seeing their demolition of Everton today he’s probably surplus to requirements
