OK follow up to earlier post.....

Staying in Celtic Manor Resort as they like to call it, just off M4 outside Newport.... Hotel is okay but in need of a bit of TLC.... but part of the Resort includes a place at Newbridge on Usk that is a fabulous restaurant in a lovely setting on the River Usk.... all local produce, not exactly cheap but worth it....£150 for the 2 of us including wine and 10% service charge..... those who are retired/semi retired/wealthy delete as appropriate, would enjoy it...... check it out as a place worthy of a trip abroad
