Which country are they from? What sexuality have they got? What age are they all? What life experience for they have? Are they educated or uneducated? The Daily Mail isn’t a library
Neither is The Guardian, and I don't read that either. None of those questions have any relevance when you're hopping on a dinghy from France and insisting the UK rescues you. It's remarkable that someone with such a laser focus on the Tories abusing systems is apparently completely blind to the wide open and flagrant abuse of our immigration system by people with no legal reason to being here. It would be interesting to see the French reaction to 500 Brits crossing the channel on a dinghy with no ID and demanding to be fed, clothed and housed for the rest of their lives.
I assume this is the ever present weirdo who knows I have him on ignore but still appears to reply to my posts. I deliberately never look at his posts because I'm not the same kind of sad hypocrite he obviously is. Clearly absolutely no one to talk to in real life.
They are taking the piss, mark my words the lunatic right will become popular if no strong and difficult decisions are made
I think we proved previously that you still look at my posts *waves* Removing your right to reply because you can't cope with anything other than validation of your own views doesn't remove my right to reply to you.
I would expect an elected government in a supposed civilised country to adhere to international laws and obligations yes. I’m kind of at peace with the inevitably that some of the individuals in the world may not. I’d say that a government adhering to legal agreements gives them the authority to expect others to do so. Rule of Law- in or out? I think we should do a whole lot more to tackle people smugglers and a whole lot less being evil ****ers to the vulnerable, placing them unsafe diseased boats and forcing them onto planes while suicidal and flying them to genocidal countries. I do accept it’s a complicated problem and there are some people engaging in criminality but your lack of empathy and simplistic black and white problem solving and perspective is worrying.
And there we have it, while we're on about self delusion. You think this lot are the lunatic right. Where would you place them in the pantheon of famous historical lunatic right governments?
Most of them aren't vulnerable. Most of them aren't suicidal. They escaped persecution and war at the first safe country. None of them have been sent to genocidal countries. We need to identify those who are vulnerable and need our protection, and those who want to come here and make a life, integrate and contribute, but how do you pick out that percentage while people like you scream racism and attempt to block every attempt to do so? In doing that you're going to usher in a situation where the fantasy of what you think the system does now actually happens, because you're forcing people into choosing between one extreme or the other.
What attempts have I blocked ? You’re ranting out like a hateful lunatic. If we’re real about limiting numbers - process the applications quicker, negotiate with our neighbours, accept a fair share in a cooperative manner, tackle the smugglers and criminality, negotiate with countries/ continents of origin to address the impacts of climate change and poverty, work with the UN to prevent and reduce war and conflict. The difference for me is - don’t put other humans in uninhabitable living conditions, don’t create attention seeking policies like the Rwanda scheme, don’t promote hate intolerance and xenophobia, support the settlement while here so there are less negative impacts on and better relationships between people in communities by providing community services to all, stop pretending foreign invaders are responsible for poverty when it is actually government policy.
Migration watch figures were. I posted the balanced alternative but was ignored because balance and fact isn’t popular for xenophobes.
I would love to have a front page ofthe Telegraph with a plane taking off to Rwanda, that’s my dream, it’s my obsession’
