Exodus Watch The latest reason to get shot of Ndombele comes from reports suggesting that Ange is already peed off with his lousy timekeeping
Dan KP says we’re set to make a bid of more than £25m for Orban. Spurs believe he has enormous potential.
He absolutely does. Friend of mine moved to Gent half a year ago for work. Hasn't stopped raving about the lad since.
Sacha Tavolieri has said again that talks are ongoing for Orban but we’ve not sent a written offer yet, it’s “processing”.
If you want a bit of potential encouragement over the future of van de Ven, Tim Sherwood has called him wooden. In 2014 Sherwood said Vertonghen couldn’t defend. Great success!
Looks like Eric Dier has been the victim of some people talking ****e to get some Twitter ad revenue, as per Alasdair Gold It has also been a strange and farcical week for Eric Dier, who has found himself at the mercy of other people's mischief making. The defender found himself at the centre of social media furore based entirely on fictional claims that he had "unfollowed Spurs" on Instagram and had removed all mention of the club from his bio on the site. The truth is he had not actually followed Tottenham or England for years on his account or had anything to do with them in his bio previously on an account, which is mostly taken over by his personal business endeavours. Then there was also a claimed 'quickly deleted post' of his about the captaincy following Kane's exit, which was actually just a carefully-cropped screenshot by a mischievous Twitter user of a post published by Dier in March about the movie Captain Phillips as he sat next to his dog. Dier ended up following Tottenham on the platform this week, presumably just to quieten the social media nonsense, and released a stream of Spurs-related images on his Instagram story including one of the team line-up with the caption 'Let's go boys'.
Football BSider claim that we're looking to move on Troy Parrott this summer, with unnamed clubs in Spain, Germany and Holland linked with him
Chelsea’s activated a £35m release clause in Olise’s contract… £35m for a HG baller like that in this market seems a steal, albeit we could’ve got him for much cheaper a couple years back!
If there’s any truth, hopefully we insert either a buy back clause or a significant sell on one, still believe Parrott will turn out a decent calibre striker.
I’m mixed on him tbh. I think he’s suffered with injuries and really needs to play. He’s stagnated hugely, not really through any fault of his own. I’d sell him tbh, maybe with a buyback clause?
Orban Watch Those ever-reliable Turkish sources, in this case Ekrem Konur, claim we've agreed personal terms
Exodus Watch Those ever-reliable Turkish sources claim that Fenerbahce have increased their offer for Ndombele to €13m No, seriously 2019 Spurs, what about that Bissouma bloke at Lille we were scouting?
Arsenal complete Raya signing. Loan with an option to buy. Apparently no obligation which is peculiar. Can't help but think we missed the boat on this one, gave up far too soon after they rejected the opening bid.
Edit: also from what Ally Gold wrote the other day, it sounds like Paratici was pushing Vicario from day one, which might explain why we dropped Raya and went for him so quickly. I'd say this reassured me but tbh Fabio's success rate in his three windows was extremely mixed, to say the least.
