It is starting to grind my gears that exits happen in under 24hrs and even on a Sunday yet incomings are painfully slow. We’ve been decimated and without some quick additions Friday could be embarrassing
For all we couldn't put out the side we all wanted at Birmingham we actually controlled the majority of the match. Unfortunately and probably due to a weak bench Birmingham did finish quite strongly but without ever looking like breaking us down, until the stupid pen in added time of course. On reflection we actually played pretty well and so there's no reason to be pessimistic about Friday.
Controlled? Not in the match I watched! If that was them controlling the match, I'd hate to see them lose control, FFS. It was 2 ****e teams. I doubt we'd survive in L1 next year if those performances are going to be the norm.
Maybe time time start talking about loans ? I'd like the young left back from Chelsea (can't remember his name) didn't make the squad at the weekend and so maybe needs to go out and get some experience and game time. Anyone else out there who's quality but not looking like getting a look in at PL level ?

Lewis Hall age 18. Plays left full back, wing back, midfield or winger. We should offer all the Max Aarons money to try and get him on a perm. Who knows maybe Chelsea need to balance the books at bit.
Was listening to Tony Dorigo the other night who said you should never pass up the opportunity to upgrade any position. So if you have 5 left wingers and the 6th one is better you still sign him.
