Well this is a pisser. I paid 140 quid yesterday for the annual live package. I log in today for the first game only to be told I have no subscriptions. I email the club and half an hour later radio silence. money was taken out of my account yesterday
Situation sorted. Even though it says no subscriptions I found a link to the live game going in by a different direction. They need to fix this as very confusing
I know there is a bit of reluctance to pay this £5.99 for a video package. However, I am happy to pay it, but whenever I try to join I get a message 404ERROR, has anyone else tried to join and either succeeded or had the same problem? What is pissing me off the most, is that I have emailed the club, no reply. I have twitted the club with an attached screenshot of the problem I am having, no reply. I called the club Saturday morning from Vietnam, the girl told me I needed to contract the steaming service, but they do not have a phone number, only email. I have emailed them 3 times, no answer. I'm going to try contacting Tan to see if he can kick some backsides, see if that gets any action.
My limited experience of the new website suggests it's still a work in progress and being updated on almost a daily basis. 404 errors usually mean the website plumbing's gone wrong. I'd be surprised if the streaming service is at fault.
Greene just because it says no subscription, did you try clicking on the game to watch? Mine also says no subscription but everything works..
They also need to be providing a way to access full match replays without seeing the score/result. Defeats the point (somewhat) as anyone wanting to watch the full match replay is quite likely to be wanting to watch it spoiler free!
It says no subscription on mine, but I have been watching the live games with no problem. Clearly, no subscription refers to something else, which is odd, but a few things are odd. I have been trying to buy their Video package for £5.99 and get an ERROR message each time, maybe the no subscription refer to that. So you should be okay to see the game, if not email [email protected] I have had good service from them on streaming problems.
If you have the annual pass you don't need the Video package John, you should be able to access everything already. That might be why you can't buy it.
But when I click on a video it says I need to subscribe, when I try to subscribe I get that message. As far as I know you only get the extended highlights and full game with the annual pass, you have to pay an extra £5.99 a month for the video package. I thought the same as you in the beginning, but since been led to believe it is extra.
Not quite sure but I'm currently watching the full match replay (for example) and have no issues. What other videos are there that you are trying to access? I can trial one and see if it works for me.
There is a Turkish extended behind the scenes video, extended interviews with players and coaches, archived City games from past years.
I'll have a look to see if I can access any of that, I saw that they have all the City games but didn't try watching any.
I could only watch the live match via the phone app. Clicking the link to the live match kept saying I need to subscribe. However, I can access all of the other video content via the website including the full match replay, extended highlights, interviews etc. I emailed support over the weekend but not heard back yet.
There are some rather bizarre situations being described re this service. I paid for the 140 quid annual (season) subscription (gone through credit card fine). I watched the game live (real time) on Saturday. Logging in today I was thwarted from trying to watch the full game again - could only watch the "extended highlights" of Sat's game. Neither am I able to watch any of the videos in the archived function!!\ Has anyone been able to return a second time to watch the full game? Seems to me the service must be flagging my account to say I've watched the game, so in order to watch the full match a second time I need the on-demand video subscription (in addition to the annual which has already been paid for). It really should be set up to allow whoever has paid for a game already to be able to re-watch the complete game again. Multiple times in fact. What happens if someone is called away from the telly (or other platforms) and misses the rest of the live transmission (real time) ? Are the extended highlights the only comeback? Someone on here has stated they have the 140 quid package, didn't watch the game as it was happening but managed to watch the full game later ! All is not right in the State of Denmark !! Could this be something connected with region of residence, using a VPN? I certainly can't access live game transmission when I emulate being in the UK through a VPN. (EFL 3 pm Saturday game k.o rules).
If you all get together you will be ok. Looks like you have everything between you but not one of you has all of it.
I've managed to use my land line phone to pick up audio with one of my mates listening on the other end of the phone. Suppose I could use Skype so he could watch my streaming a his place.
I have got a reply from the steaming service saying there must be an issue with the website, so they are contacting the developer and will get back to me.

Re no subscriptons. Pretty sure the club are using the term subsciptions in a narrow sense that does not include the yearly streaming pass (not sure why since its very confusing) but includes other stuff like Tigers plus which perversely is included with the yearly subscription.
I think it means you dont need to buy a subscription because you already have one I had a prompt email reply first time but then they stopped replying
