Every goalkeeper in the Premier League will be getting sent off if we’re giving out yellow cards for time wasting. T-Rex won’t last the first five minutes in the Derby

touch was awful, passing was sloppy and under hit mostly.

this system doesn't work and any other club klopp gets sacked for what's about to unfold.

players are not fit enough and the system is wide open left right and centre.

    refs picked easy targets.

they won't book a keeper for it cos they won't want a decision.

    just watch.

Thought he was fine. 1v1 defending was decent. Would have been a brilliant assist for Salah.

was a lot more reserved and didn’t get on the ball as much second half where we struggled a lot more.

**** me, you’re gonna be fun all season.

Klopps gonna get sacked for a 1-1 draw away to a team fighting top 4 <doh>

That’s because we don’t have a DM to help him go foward.

I would get the real time footage of that decision
And when we are playing in home games hit play on the big screen every time a player looks to timewaste
Would be easy to and highlight the inconsistency in refereeing

Gakpo was wasted in midfield and in fact it took away from our forwards. Without him up front there was a lack of connection between strikers and mid and the ball didn't stick upfront as the other forwards aren't the right players for that.

I thought the balance everywhere was lacking, including what you’ve just pointed out.

We only played 2 actual midfielders for most of the game and it showed. Chelsea just swamped midfield and we were always on the back foot. That said, very positive signs from the two midfielders who did play at times.

Yeah, I'd agree with that. Not sure why Jones didn't start in midfield, he's been good in preseason.

Harvey Elliott looked good when he came on too, we picked up with his entry in to midfield.

Have seen that first handball again, commentators made the point it was a glancing header that could have gone in, his hand was not in a natural position and should have been a penalty
In the second one, definite handball, both arms in the air. Liverpool player either off the pitch or on the line, should have been a VAR review at least.
That said, I am happy with a point as we were second best for 60 minutes. If we put in a performance like that against the Sportswashers we will lose

all the players who were in the U21 squad are fully match fit which may help .It did help that we suddenly had 3 in midfield finally

Definitely didn't look like he was timewasting to me and there was no need either, we would prefer to win the match. It's almost like he thought, well I'm not going to get my timewaster yellow quota today, I need to get one in now.

If you're off the pitch and come back on, you're still offside because you gained an advantage

Not if it was played by the chelsea defender. Said at time would like to see it again as it looked close between who actually played the pass was it Elliott or the chelsea defender. If the later then onside and would therefor be handball

I’ll take a point away at Stamford bridge.

We started really positively and we had a lot of quality on the ball but we struggled after we conceded.

A lot of work is required and I’m not convinced signing a DM and LCB will fix the issues because I think the tactics are just fundamentally flawed.

The defensive structure when opposition have the ball is so poor at the moment, which is why teams are able to run through us or around us. Chelsea had a field day down our left side which again highlights that Robbo simply isn’t good enough to play that role - in his defence, he wasn’t helped by gakpo who really poor today.

On a positive note - Mac and Dom are quality additions.
