I still think a cheeky £120m bid would be hysterical now. We have the liquid cash and FFP wiggle room to go up to £250m if Brighton want us to. Boehly can't back down now. Perhaps it would force Caicedo to put in a transfer request and forego his sell-on cut. There's more fun to had here now, especially when they buy Lavia and we have nothing to lose.
