Honestly that’s generous. I remember him trying and failing to tackle someone and trying and failing to win a header in the first ten and nothing else at all for 97 minutes.
All of the WLS ratings were generous. Mostly 5 or 6 out of 10, which would imply some sort of draw or close defeat. If you get 5 or 6 for a 4-0 loss, what's needed to see some scores of 2 or 3?
Gubbins, bless him, deserved a -3. But he’s 22 rather than some 17-year-old thrown in during a flu outbreak.
Dozzell made a few important tackles and interceptions today. It was GA's fault that he left him and Field totally overrun by Watford's attacking 3 1st half, with Chair walking about on the left touchline and Smith and Kelman not getting back either.
He looked totally disinterested to me, I could make a couple of tackles in a match but given what an important creative role he’s supposed to have he offers absolutely nothing to the team.
'Andre Dozzell Watch', thought this might have been one of those novelty Mickey Mouse watches. Wouldn't be much use, only the left leg moves...
His career stats are quite something. Three goals and four assists in 165 pro career games. 2 and 2 in 92 Championship games. 1 assist and no goals in 53 League One games. Did we just buy him because his dad was once fairly good?
Clive reckons he won’t be in until Ipswich earliest but I’m hopeful The Duke will start in his place after 45 minutes of looking vaguely like a footballer.
True, I tried to wipe the Watford debacle out of my mind,The Duke certainly got stuck In and ran around a lot neither of which Dozzell managed
