So dropping our only fit cf, Is he trying to say something to speakman, let’s hope it pays off cause if we get beat I think I’ll stay off the boards tonight
Or Dack’s experience is preferred?* I don’t think Preston will like Pritchard and Hemir coming off the bench. * Now that he is more match fit
Concourse.... Catholic club up the road for the Lionesses match. Pretty much all SAFC and we got in about 12
TM Complains about having no strikers then drops our only striker. And continues to play O’nien at the back. Very good, no wonder the odds on us to win have shot up a few hours before kick off for a second week. Preston are poor we should still beat them.
He’s teams and subs have pissed me off before quite a few times but I think he’s taking the piss now. That can’t do hemir any good confidence wise. anyway hawayyyy the lads.
The people saying Hemir isn’t ready / good enough will be the same ones criticising Mowbray for dropping him. No way TM is doing it to “send a message” to Speakman. But it does very much highlight the current situation.
I think the line up is fine. Dack has goals in him. Hemir needs to be gradually introduced. No dramas as far as I'm concerned.
There's a difference between being dropped and rotated or left out for a tactical reason. If Mowbray thinks Dack is more likely to cause goals, in this match, it's tactical.
Its a situation weve been in since Stewart first got injured nearly a year ago and then Simms joined him a couple of weeks later when he injured his toe. 11 months on and we're still picking a 4-6-0 formation. Its not acceptable at all and pretty embarrassing really.
Depends how your glass is I think. It can be span but having your only fit striker starter the first game then dropped down to the bench the second is not usual practice.
Fwiw I know it’s benefited us here but it’s silly in this day and age of squad rotation that suspensions count across competitions.
