My subs…how do I decide who my first sub is? Or does it just automatically replace position for position?

 

They’ll be numbered 1,2,3. Set them up in the order you’d want them to come on.

 

what saff said although you must have a minimum or 3 defenders, 2 midfielders and 1 striker. So if you are playing 3-5-2, and your 1st sub is a striker but a defender doesn't play, then a defender will be subbed in and not the striker. However if you had 4-5-1 and the defender didn't play, the striker will be the 1st sub on (provided they played, if they didn't then it will be the 2nd sub)
