Well, obviously Lavia - understandably IMO - knocking us back for Chelsea is a tad more embarrassing again... <whistle>

He's checking up on his rivals to see if they're discussing secret tactics online.

Fabrizio Romano said that Cecaido following Chelsea this morning proved something - until somebody pointed out he'd done it for over a year. This is either fake or he's been following those for ages too. God, this day, which started so unexpectedly well, has got to end soon, FFS.

Yes, Jordan Henderson and TAA, out of the tunnel in an England game.

if lavia goes to Chelsea he won't last 5 mins and will be replaced before deadline day. his career will be in the toilet pretty quick.

the ruthlessness of dropping the leads players should be warning him off

however rhe should know he is not wanted at all by klopp at this point so should just focus on getting his shirt back at Southampton and maybe getting a move to arsenal if he is lucky.

Add them together and you get Chelsea’s spend in one transfer window

Love the fact that we didn’t withdraw our bid. Make chelsea cough up. Don’t give them an easy ride

What makes you think Chelsea will cough up? They had the opportunity to buy him last night. The players agent can say he prefers Chelsea but Brighton hold his contract, the agreement is to sell him to us. You’re also missing the fact that if we are prepared to pay £111m why would Brighton not say to Chelsea he will cost the same as we agreed with Liverpool, if Liverpool withdrew their offer?

because if we withdraw, then Chelsea’s bid last night is the highest offer on the table.

Disagree entirely. The **** with Lavia aside - we've lost him too - and we're now just in a position of being a plant for the auctioneer at a sale. We're not taking him now if Chelsea don't increase their bid, and would we drag him to Anfield now against his will? If we did take him now, I'd never support him - but we should have known the situation beforehand. Atrociously mismanaged.
