I hated McCann, seeing his face after an awful 90 minutes would wind me right up, I couldn’t stand him. Personally I think hate is a strong word, I wouldn’t say people slagging off his tactics, his bullshitting interviews, or talking about rumours with senior players as hateful but if you do then fine, guess we’ve got different definitions.
I'll draw a line under this after this post as it's going round in circles, but when I talk about hating him I talk about intentionally finding fault in everything he does in order to criticise him. Does that mean you'd spit on him walking down the straight? Of course ****ing not. That's just daft and clearly has no part in what I'm saying. Anyone reading that from my posts is deliberately misinterpreting them or has seriously misread what I've said. Hating someone for what they do to your football club and hating a person as an individual are two clearly different things. As you say, you hated McCann, but if you saw him out in Hull would you punch him in the face? Or would you say g'day and be on your way? i suspect the latter.
TBF I'm really not sure what point you are trying to make and tbh I really couldn't care as you just ramble bollox as per instead of just admitting you got it wrong. Some might hate certain aspects of LRs set up, tactics, signings etc. But nobody has ever said they Hate LR which is exactly what you said and exactly what people are pulling you up on, you then followed it up with you absolutely do know people hate him, which again is absolute bollox. Feel free to link to me a personal attack on him and where someone has said they hate him? And I think you'll find I'm dead against personal attacks on staff players etc, hence why I was called an allam apologist at times because I called out personal abuse. I'm not being condensing at all, I'm just point out that your coming across as a bit of a knob as you seem to do daily with at least someone on here. Funny that there's always one common denominator in it all isn't there....
most of the signings incoming seems to be loan players when these kind of things happened under the allams there was uproar
Hahah now I’d just be on my way, the season he managed us I would’ve had to turn the other way to avoid him but yeah I get your point
I think most have accepted we're on a self imposed budget due to last summer. We were willing to spend in January with that De La Feunte so hopefully its better in coming windows
TBH seems the way of things in the football league these days which isn't automatically the worst thing. There just isn't the ability to bankroll big money signings every year.
Take what you want from it but Pearson mentioned they haven’t the wage structure in place irregardless of the Scott transfer plus don’t think anything was in it in the first place but with that being said I don’t know anything I’m just speculating
Twine would only be our third loan signing, hardly a team full of loanees is it? I can remember the Allams getting slagged off for a great many things, but I don't really remember signing loan players being one of them.
This comparison again. Under the Allams we were loaning ****e like Bernard and Pennington. We'd never in a million years have got Delap or Twine.
There was uproar against the Allams because they wilfully marginalised fans and communities whilst overseeing a managed decline of the club. A decline that still paid them handsomely. Slightly different to signing Delap and Twine on loan.
This is my concern about some of criticism spirally out of control. Some people just latch onto anything and mindlessly parrot it.
