who do we want to win this weekend? Liverpool - because we want to finish above chelsea Chelsea - because that puts a bigger gap between us and a rival for 4th. Draw - both lose 2 points. Personally i think i'd like to see chelsea win. I'd like a nice cushion between us and liverpool/arsenal. I think (hope) newcastle will fall away at some point.
If Liverpool win, and Arsenal beat Norwich, all 4 teams (us, Chavs, Pool, Arse) would be on 22 points, and we'd have 2 home games in hand. That's a situation I wouldn't turn down!

Deffo want a Chelsea win, I still think they'll finish above us. But as long as we beat Villa, I'm not too bothered. Key wins I want are us, Norwich and City, they're the 3 key games for me.
There's positives to take out of any result but I think Chelsea winning would edge it for me. As ever I'm more concerned with our own results, a win on Monday will garuntee that we are further the gap between atleast one of our rivals.
Our results are obviously a priority! Personally I think we should just win the rest of our games and take the title I also think Chelsea will still get 3rd. They're up there with us and playing pants. They'll improve eventually and we'll blip at some point. That's why I'm rooting for them.

Is it just me? surely in the long run its important both those teams drop points compared to us, it has to be a draw, I see no benefit for us whatsoever in a win for either of them.
Mathematically, best would be a draw since that is 4 points dropped rather than 3. If I *had* to pick a winner then I'd hedge my bets and go for Chelsea since that means one less rival for 4th. Although that sort of concedes 3rd spot. What I really want is another high scoring game!!

I see plenty of benefits in Chelsea winning, as I expect them to finish above us. For me, it's a race between us, Pool and Arsenal for 4th place, so I want Pool to lose.
A draw is 100% the best result. Keeps Liverpool below us and Chelsea only go a point infront having played two games more. Regardless of how the season pans out in the long run we need to focus on what's happening right now and for that matter a draw is without a doubt what we should be hoping for.

Still prefer a Chelsea win, though if Pool get a result there, it won't be disappointing. For me, Norwich, City and us are the key games this weekend.
