What a joke. I don't really listen to what goes on in the transfer news, but now Chelsea have activated Adams 20 mill get out clause. Seems a small amount considering he signed a 5 year contract.
You employ a DOF that you trust gets things right. Although Radz must have been fully aware, I don’t think the 49ers would have had much of a say. For me, it’s more about learning a lesson. The 49ers wanted Farke as he has the same vision, Farke on signing would have been aware of the problem. You’d assume Farke told the 49ers that future signings mustn’t have these ludicrous clauses and they were happy to still sign him so you’d assume they agree.
Farke is the best appointment we could have hoped for given the shambles this club seems to thrive on..... without doubt we are top class at this particular party.... top appointment
Gnonto made himself unavailable and wants a move well that's me done with the little fukca, like the gaffer said we want players who want to be here etc. Gracia didn't play him, Big sam couldn't get him going. so he can go do one. seems a little worky ticket.. hope he gets his move to Everton and they go down as we wave past him next season. understand the Prem is where a footballer wants to be but how does a owld gravel neck and 15-20 defeats in a season make it an appealing move? as on Adams I'm gutted but again if he doesn't want to be here jog on you ungrateful twatto. stuck by you when you were injured brought you back and you leave when fit. Feel sorry for Farke as he's trying to build a squad and everything is falling down around him with players wanting out and a full team out injured. bit of a mess to be honest but we all knew Bamford,Cooper were walking wounded. We need a break of luck now because everything is still going against us if we get anymore injured we may have to call up some of the media guys Dorigo,Beckford etc to fill places.
The only bright side is that we'll now have some cash to buy whatever scraps are left in the market. Unless, of course, our owners follow on religiously from the previous incumbents & fcuk up the sales, & we get a £1 deposit for each, & £1 a week for the next 20 million weeks. Wouldn't surprise me, given the mess we're in.
Regarding Adams, like one write up pointed out. Chelsea are not in Europe, Adams will be on the bench more than the pitch, his game time will be greatly reduced and this is probably about Chelsea getting a £30m player for £20m expect them to sell him on in January for the increased value
Also the problem we saw this week. Even if we have the money we have to convince would be signings to come to us. Doesn’t appear as simple as we’d hope
Why do we never do good deals on transfer outs? we never get decent deals and always deal with clubs who have no money or have some sort of problem but somehow they always seem to get their men. to much faff these days in transfers with player power and clauses. they aren't transfers anymore they are I will come to you but when I've had enough or feel I'm bigger than you I will leave if i can't have that written in my contract along with my other 46 excuse clauses i won't join you.
Get in Shame about Max Arrons as but for some gobby git putting it all over social media we might have got that one done as well. Not you by the way
I'm glad we didn't get Max Aarons. We don't need a right back even if it's a right back who can play left back. Cody Dramah played last night and Ayling is a decent back up. It would be nice to spend the 7 million from the Aarons deal on a midfielder or a striker or even buying a ****ing left back. Plenty of time left in the window and we've clearly got some money to spend given the Aarons fiasco.
Seems right back is a priority and personally don't disagree as Ayling is now in the twilight of his career. With Rodon we now have 2 right side centre backs, 2 left side once Cooper's fit and 2 left backs once Firpo is fit. What we definitely need is an attacking midfielder, so let's maybe take a punt on Hamer now we've got some cash. Not the best engine and will cost us a little bit defensively, overall though the quality he brings offensively has to be worth the gamble.
Farke only wants players who are commited to being here and Drameh fails on that score you would have thought. Ayling is costing us now and so we can't have him as first choice week in week out.
