Well, that's very selfish of them! Haven't they ever heard of charity, and giving to those who are less well-off than themselves?
I agree, I meant their greed has prevented the player from moving anywhere as allegedly they agreed to let him go for 70m, but now are backtracking on it. Saints are just overpricing a player who has had 1 decent season
Lavia mayhave had one decent season, but it was decent enough that clubs like Liverpool and Chelsea want to buy him, same with Brighton and Caicedo. These clubs obviously think either of these players will improve them, and and as such will affect their current team in a detrimental way so why shouldn’t either Brighton or Southampton play hard ball? Remember, we did the same to Barcelona with Coutinho
Exactly. We're poor, we're in need. Brighton should share their vast wealth with us by giving him to us at a discount... say £30mill... and if they want to be extra nice, they can donate that £30mill to a charity, such as, the "Buy Liverpool a Right Back" foundation.
Paul Joyce said Liverpool is ready to hijack Moses Caicedo from Chelsea. https://www.anfieldcentral.co.uk/tr...ijack-chelseas-pursuit-of-moises-caicedo-3003
It would be amusing if we signed Caicedo, and Brighton turned around and signed Lavia with the money... that's why they wanted the deal arranged tonight so that they could beat Chelsea to getting Lavia.
