Seems to me like the club is trying to spread tickets out so that everyone gets an opportunity to get to games . It's easy to complain, but they have to make decisions and the fans will always think they know best.
Yes but there obviously aren't that many 14-17 year old members desperate to go as there are still quite a few left, just put them on sale for adults. Could be a situation where the game isn't even sold out as they can't sell these particular tickets, it's a joke.
I'm sure they'll sell them ... I guess they were trying to make sure kids can go as they are the future punters and need to get them hooked. Kids these days are more into fortnite
If it was it wouldn't help us..... somewhere down the line it'll be 10 unsold while they knock down half the ground I bet.
You could create a new membership, put the date of birth between 14-17 year old and you've got a cheap ticket, just saying.
What people could do and what the best intentions were in making such decisions are two different things. I would encourage the club to have opportunities for younger fans personally and if they don't sell it's no sweat they can sell them no problem. Whoever gets to go it's good for them.
Why are the tickets only coming up as Youth. I can see 2 seats together in the family area and I thought I would be able to select 1 adult and 1 child but that doesnt seem to be an option
It'll be a bit of a problem if tickets are only released a week before games,Dublin to Newcastle is very popular on weekends and you tend to get rinsed if booking last minute!
Do you think it's better to apply for category 1,2,3 seat as there's more opportunities, but more people buying, or plat club, less seats but maybe less people applying?
Whatever you can afford,I'll say it will calm down after this week and it is first game of the season and all that,I'd be very surprised if you had a problem for Brentford,Burnley and Palace.
