Anyone who's getting started on the game, buy a horse before you go to see the greybeards, the further you go into the mountain, it gets more likely that a random saber tooth tiger will pop up, and they are strong as ****. You can't fight them at you low level you need to run past them. I'm level 12 but I'm too scared to try and fight them just in case I'm not strong enough. The last time I tried, I was level 6. Basically you can't out muscle a saber tooth until you're a high level, you can't run from it on foot as it's fast as ****. You need a horse to get to the grey beards, because at least 3 times on your way there you'll come across a saber tooth or a frost troll, both of which are pains in the arse.
I only came across a few packs of wolves and a frost troll, and I wasn't on a horse because I got off it so I could walk the way (don't ask why).
Press start and go on gameplay and change it from adept to novice, you'll basically one hit everything.
What difficulty you on? You're either on the easiest difficulty or you were just ****ing lucky. I couldn't avoid the saber tooth's, as there was one on a ****ing bridge! Yeah! A saber tooth tiger just walking across a bridge! When those little descriptions come on your screen while you're loading something on the game, it say's "Saber tooth's are known to attack travellers that venture too far away from the roads". The 3 that I encountered - One was directly on a bridge that I was crossing, one was in a bush about 2 meters away from the roads, and one made me ****ing **** myself when it popped out of nowhere. All 3 where right next to or on a road. I just ran passed them. Feel sorry for my horse as he got his arsed scratched a few times... :'(
rofl not ****. I don't know if I can beat a Tiger, because I've never tried since I got raped by one at level 5-6. Maybe I could kill one, you never know. I don't want to change it to Novice because I don't like a game to be easy. I'll check what difficulty I'm on.
Which animal is stronger on Skyrim, Bears or Sabers? Because I just ran into 3 bears to try and find this ****ing book, but I killed all 3. I had to time my assaults well. I had to use Magic though, if you go close to them and try and hit them, they rape you. I used my staff and magic
A bit of advice for anyone looking for better armour or anything. There's this mission when you're in Solitude to find an ancient crown helmet and then deliver it back to their keep. Instead of delivering it back, do the mission to find it, and just keep it, as it's a strong piece of armour. Keep it until you find a better helmet, then deliver the crown for the reward Also look around the mountains Helgen and Riverwood, there's this mage guy that you should be able to kill quite easily, who has this beasty gold armour and gauntlets. I just ran into him randomly. When I first saw him I though I was ****ed because he seemed like a really strong mage but he's weak as piss if you go and smack the **** out of him with your weapon. My one handed weapon is 21/22 damage I think, and i killed him with 2 heavy attacks and a few normal hits.
Id say Mammoths, just by a shade but Giants are too a right bitch. Its just 'THWAK' and your sent flying.
Guys, does anyone know which gem I need to power my staff back up? It's a special staff that shoots lightning out. I like to use a double lightning combo attack, my destruction lightning in one hand, and my lightning staff in the other, then chop the **** out of the bastards if they're still alive. Anyway, it says it needs charging, which gem or artifact do i need? It's a staff that does 25 damage to health and double that to magicka.
Cant get into the whole fantasy drama, cant stand skyrim and hate all the fantasy drama in movies aswell, Lord of the rings is garbage. Anyone playing FIFA 12 atm who wants a game like hew?
Have you watched all the LOTR movies? Because I know quite a few people like you who don't like fantasy stuff, and didn't like LOTR 1+2, but even if you're not really a fantasy fan, most people seemed to like the last LOTR. My mate who hates fantasy stuff, and despised the first two LOTR movies, loved the 3rd one.
