Guess he means with our budget & players.

He’s probs not wrong tbh. Funny comments

Thats what I assumed. No way should a team be spending £150m (or whatever it was) and end up getting relegated.

Poor management from the top down was the utter disgrace there.

But, it's by the by and irrelevant now - I'm happy we're in the Champ <laugh>

Same. I think we all prefer competing in games then getting smashed every week.

It’s a fantastic league

We've got a big fan in the Gillingham manager
Maybe. Or a “get the excuses out early” approach. He’s basically saying that his side have no chance as our squad is a premier league one.

Harris isn’t totally wrong. Three teams have to be relegated and on our form we were the most deserving of that honour, but we did let ourselves down. We are a better team than we showed last season and look promising in our first game this season. Bearing that in mind we should be far too good for them…should be. Where he’s wrong is trying to lower everyone’s expectations…I would have gone for respectful comments followed by …anything can happen in a cup game and we’re up for it.

Believe me, Mr Harris, when you play Saints anything can happen ….3-0 up at half-time…Saints have this in the bag. Remember that :emoticon-0130-devil

Tranmere and Leeds memories are coming to me like a PTSD nightmare.

Can see Meghoma starting with Larios and Perraud both not fully fit, I predicted Djenepo at left back, but this is an as yet not fully tested theory, but Martin seems like a round peg, round holes manager.

Round pegs in round holes? Sorcery I tell you!

What has actually happened to Larios? Is it all one injury?

He had a hamstring injury in Ralph's game last November. Quite a bad one that kept him iut for about 4 months.

Made an attempted return at the end of last season for the u21s but only lasted 10minutes or so before his hamstring went again.

So depends whether you want to consider a reoccurrence the same injury or not!

I’d say probably the same one. When we signed him there was mention that he played as an inverted full back in at least one Man City U21 game. So he might well be a good fit for Martin’s system once fit. But equally might need a loan to get match fitness
