a MAJOR motion for the 12 team league needs 11 votes to support it. (Major eg league reconstruction)

Both the Glasgow teams tend to vote along same lines historically to ensure anything that may benefit others are blocked

ie rangers and Celtic effectively have a veto as a lot of votes end up 10/2

guess who the 2 are!
