See my note to John Ex above - I managed to get one of my payments refunded a few hours after sending streamsupport an e-mail requesting such. Andrew said it'll take 5-10 days to hit my credit card. Excellent response.
Further update to my refund... Credit card shows credit to my account already - only an hour after reciving notification from Andrew at wearehullcity. Think I got a couple of quid service charge, but it might have been a currency exchange rate change partly ?
I doubt it will. When they said an app was coming they'll have meant a mobile app, not a smart TV app. I'd love it as well; got very little interest in watching games on a computer but watching on a TV would be lovely.

That would be good, I have always felt, as we are paying quite a bit of money, as do supporters with membership, we should get some recognition from the club.
With this new app, I tried to watch the Video of the preseason thingy in Turkey, but keeps saying error. I saw on Twitter a fan in Japan paid £5.99 it seemed for access to it, is this what is necessary, does anyone know? Edit: Just saw this, so it is £5.99 a month.
If you've a smart TV you can easily screen share or if you have an Chromecast you can cast it. I've streamed from my phone or laptop and watched on the "big telly" loads of time. Mind you today I'll be watching on my phone at Larnaca Airport.
There's mirroring which I've done from my phone. On my laptop I go to display setting and connect to wireless display. It the show the smart TV as a display. (Edited)
Managed to watch the game on Saturday after paying for a season pass. Stream was good. But still confused by various things on the web site 1. When I look at my subscriptions it says I have none. 2. It. appears that you cannot watch the match replays or highlights if you have season pass. Is this correct? 3. Will the stream be available for tomorrrow nights game against Donny? I contacted the club and asked for answers on all three questions. They seem to do a good job of responding.
I have the same problem. I wrote an email to [email protected].uk but I have received no answer yet. I am seriously puzzled about how this works, but I am pretty sure I have already registered as a member and paid the 140 pounds.
It says no subscription for me too but I watched the game on Saturday so it worked. Interested to see if the cup game is included but I don't think so.
Well given thats 2 of us. It does not work. Seems lots of teething problems with the site. And re my ? re the match replays and highlights I get the feeling that is not included in our 140 quid.
