I'm outside and there's a deer 30' away cheekily eating my shrubs. It knows I'm here but doesn't seem bothered. I'm sure if I approached it it would run. Getting so fearless lately though.
I got a couple photos but they weren't great photos unfortunately, I'll post them tomorrow, too lazy to strip metadata off them tonight before uploading.
Still too lazy so took screenshot of the photo on my camera. Unfortunately,I wasn't able to get any decent photos because I was trying to be stealthy and not startle it. This is the best of a bunch of really bad ones. On digital zoom which makes it look even worse.
I don't know where the baby is. Theres a mummy and baby that hang out around our house we see out the windows occasionally.. I'm assuming this is the mummy dear-est, baby was sleeping somewhere out of sight,. Have to see if I can get my wife to send photo to me. Her photos are better because she was inside where deer couldn't see her so didn't have to be so stealthy.
It is my Birthday on Wednesday and my Mrs has bought me a new camera body, which I have been dropping hints about for some time. Canon EOS 90d, bloody thing is like operating a space station compared to my existing camera but I will master it eventually.
It is a camera without the usual lens that goes with it. I already have a few different lenses. please log in to view this image
