how can this work if refs are playing the game for TV? 45mins first half, 46 at a stretch. TV gets its ads in at ht. 55mins second half hardly seems fair does it? right lads time waste first half and we will give it a go second half OK?

Well imo this is symptomatic of what we have seen throughout the tournament teams have got more physical and are able to dominate in defence but there's not the same ability to break the lines in attack. I'm seeing nothing clever in and around the half spaces but a lot of nothing wife play and crossing into the box hopefully. the women's game looks to be at that cross roads now where they need to stop taking the superior fitness for granted. there's an awful lot of very one footed players out there and not an awful lot of technical ability on show. this looks headed for pens.
