We have no experience to dig in. It's what Mowbray has been banging on about. Needs sorting.

I just wanted points on the board really today even if was a draw. Hope we don't struggle too much this season. Signings might change everything

1st half was good in spells but I just don’t think we ever looked like we were going to score. Ipswich broke quickly a few times and we just managed to get away with it until Broadhead scored. We desperately need more up top it’s unfair to have the young lad up top on his own. Hasn’t even played in this league yet. Not blaming him mind just doesn’t look ready yet. We look decent at times but it breaks down in and around the box. We need reinforcements up top quickly and I would add experienced in this league or above. Not the start we hoped for.

Ill never write a player off after 60 mins, he was shocking today but lets wait n see what happens with the rest of the window

Too many players off it today so its not just the striker issue thats the problem

Said it so many times about broadhead but his movement is unreal - such a clever footballer

Not the first time in the history of football and won't be the last but, like Beckham's kick out at CR7, man is it bloody annoying!

100% agree with you on the need for a striker by the way, but we only got the ball to the striker that was on the pitch once (his performance was lethargic at best though).

Clarke and Roberts constantly trying to beat 2 or 3 men every time and running down blind alleys. Hume moving into midfield completely removes the overlap from the full back on both sides and we've ended up so narrow.

Mowbray has got it all wrong today.

Last season i put it down to bad luck. But weve had since Stewart done his achilles to sort it. We needed somebody in to replace him and let him fight for a place when/if he got anywhere near match fit, not get a couple of young uns in as a stop gap. To be in the same boat for the 3rd time is criminal.

Agree. If you watch City when their full back inverts the winger stays wide. We have no width at all when Hume comes inside

I was asked on Friday from a lad at work, "what do you reckon for Sunday"? I said I'd take a draw..... oh well.

That break away right there is why people get annoyed with Neil, despite his good points

I dont mind hume coming inside but there were times when he was closer to the lb position than the rb position that can not happen
