There is no doubt in my mind that the 49ers, for all their supposed cash, want even more & will sell anyone. Adams is gone. Why do I say that? Well, have the club tried to offer him a new contract. Clearly not, or we'd have heard about it. They are doing absolutely nothing to stop the outgoing, & don't care who gets sold - as long as they get some cash. So they're going to upgrade ER, are they? £200m? More like £200 to buy a tea stall. They are not convincing me that they are a good thing for this club so far. I see no positives at all to date, and many, many negatives. I'll reappraise at the end of the window, but not anticipating a change in the trend.
Watching Hamer for Coventry and it's no from me. Yes he might have an eye for a pass but we can do better in my opinion.
they’re an investment house WJ - we’re worthless to them in the champ. They’re not here to make a few quick quid by Selling player x or y. They may sell some, they may or may not be hampered by ffp, they may or may not prove to be good owners, but they need to increase the value of the club not decrease it.
