If it means we bring Piroe in then yeah I'd sell Arma, but otherwise I don't think £8m is really worth it. He is more than good enough for this league and we will need a few options in each position over the 46 games.
I’d bite their hand off for 8mil personally. People keep saying he’s good enough/worth keeping but I genuinely don’t see what he offers at all. He doesn’t fit RMs style and he isn’t good enough for us even at this level IMO. Hope I eat my words.
Whilst not a huge issue where people post, I’d always assumed this thread was for Saints news, and the premier league thread for prem transfers.
I would cut the losses with AA, the opening match performance and games against lower league clubs in cups has shown him to still be well short of what we need imo. He’s a hard worker, has a decent strike on him when given the time, but unless we use him as a wide striker and we have plenty of completion in that area then I don’t see how he will work out for us. He had the right idea on Friday, trying to execute some quick spins in the box etc, but he never looked close to actually pulling them off.
