Champion. Does it ask you if you want to change a kids ticket to an adult and pay the difference? I'm just thinking if the bairn is poorly and another family member wants to go.
Does anyone know how to add your card to more than one device? I logged into my emails on sons phone and added his season card that way but it removed it from mine. Just want a back up in case one of our phones ever breaks or the battery goes.
Think might be overthinking it, it's not like you needed two copies of a physical card or paper ticket, and you were probably more likely to lose them than a phone
you don’t but a card doesn’t die and I can physically hand my son his card. Sometimes he goes in early without me, he is 13 btw. But would mean if we ever did that I have to go scan him in etc. a friend said he saw it on Twitter and has done it but can’t find the post
My email from the club when I add it to my wallet shows a qr code with my NS seat details. Is this OK to use for entry?
Yes, turn on NFC and then have a look at the ticket in Wallet. The QR code will not show when NFC is on but will show when NFC is off.
Nfc is on and the qr code is showing. But when I look in the Google wallet all I see is my bank card. Is this right?
You should still see the season ticket even if nfc is on or off. Mine doesn't show the qr code when I have nfc on, I have to click onto it to see the code. When nfc is on it says 'show code' on the season ticket.
I have the season ticket qr code but just wondered why I can't see it when I click on my Google wallet? I only seem to find it when I click on my original digital ticket email from the club.
My wallet looks like this... Got my season ticket and my daughters in there. The match ticket was for Mallorca.
View attachment 285134 Mine doesn't have anything like that showing. Mine Mine looks nothing like that. I have a yellow square which says season card 23/24 with block, seat and row. Says it is saved to Google wallet. Where it says view ticket, if you click on it I get a qr code. Sorry for pestering you.
That's right if you only have the one ticket saved in there. If you click the three dots in the top right it will tell you the name of the ticket holder etc.
