Sorry, but Coyle has been absolutely woeful this half. All he’s done is just give the ball away. For a possession-based team, we’ve given the ball away so cheaply and our midfield isn’t good enough defensively when we don’t have the ball. ‘We don’t concede a lot of goals under Rosenior’ They’ve had 60%+ possession and 18 shots in one ****ing half. Anyone who thinks Seri and Slater or even Max Bird protects this back four enough is ****ing delusional.
You don't save those. Shame cos I think we've done OK. Under the cosh definitely, but never felt we were struggling even with all their chances. A couple of players need to step up a bit though - Tufan and Traore.
Our midfield has just watched the game pass them by. Not easy for defenders when the oppo is constantly running at them full pace.
They’re winning this out wide. Coyle and Vinagre both been awful, although neither getting any help from the winger in front of them
Genuinely think if we were sharper in possession it would be a better half. Constantly defending like this is just dragging players into bad spots. Would get Simons on and change the shape to sure up the midfield. Tufan has been super sloppy on the ball as well
We 100% need at least one midfielder to sit deeper even its not an out and out CDM, acres of space between the midfield and CBs. It doesn't help that we sacrifice a CM to press as a striker, we don't even see the benefit of that really.
Totally outplayed lucky to be still in it. Can’t see us keeping 11 players on the pitch. Midfield overrun no protection for the full backs.

Rather lucky to be 1-1, Delap has been good and took his goal very well. Vinagre has been poor so far, as OLM said I think the pace of the game has surprised him. Need to be careful too many yellows, need to maybe change one or tow as we can't afford to go down to 10 men.
Well that was a scary half. Good goal from Delap but we've been hanging by a thread and that goal might just open the floodgates. On the other hand, it might just wake us up.
