Call me cynical but the Leeds wording on their communications is very verybsimilar to ours. Did you know Leeds changed to digital tickets as part of the clubs sustainability drive to reduce paper and plastic use
SKIDATA’s eTicketing solution integrates QR codes and NFC tickets directly into the Apple and Google wallets that many stadium visitors have on their smartphones anyway. No additional app is necessary. Taken from this website https://www.theticketingbusiness.co...nd-money-from-the-first-game-with-eticketing/
the main reason us and Leeds are pushing the NFC is it more secure and cant be copied like qr codes can but it good we got qr code too for backup incase the NFC goes down and those without smartphone get a card i totally get why they pushing the NFC but they got to make sure no one is excluded for going to games
Would have liked to see a bit more on how you change a kids ticket to adult as part of the process in the video. That looks like an old video of how to add someone to your network. Do you not need to be able to manage/assign tickets on their behalf as part of the process? If so, there are a few more steps to it than what's in that video.
There are lots of positives, its just been handled really badly, the treatment of those fans that need a physical card being the worst. I'm sure that was driven by a mixture of wanting to hit targets of digital take ups and poorly thought out plans
