So! Here we go!!!!!
Prediction League for this year.....first match.....a tough one.
Get your predictions in before the kick off. Had a great summer so far and more to come so I shall post the first table as soon as I can!!!!
For newcomers....all welcome.......take note Jck200, Bethan and even Supcon ,,,,since he seems to predict anyway.
There will be 10 in Division 1 this year for sure.........I'm not dropping back for anyone!!!!!
Taff!!! We know you are ghosting about!! Get involved. Similarly hopefully Masky has had a rethink and come on Aber!!!!
Usual rules........predict final score and one scorer for City (or no-one). 4 points for a correct score, 2 for a correct result and one for the scorer.
Usual bonus point for this who predict all matches less one. Penalty points for missing three predictions in a row.
Any thoughts on parachute points for last year's relegation fodder? Maybe 3,2,1 in order of position. Anyway, I'll keep this concept in mind and report at the end of the season as to whether it made any difference!!!!
I'm going a bold 2 1 win for us. Not got a clucking fue who to nominate for scorer!!!! McGuiness I reckon.

Who knows what this season will bring. I would hope we finish in the top half.
As for the first game:

Weeds 2-0 Bluebirds.
 
One game doesn't define a season and this is a tough opener.
Leeds 2 Bluebirds 1 (Ng).
We can begin our ascent thereafter.

I'm in but will keep my powder dry for the moment.. if we get Mbappe on loan it may influence my choice of scorer... Liverpool said they are out of the running to take him so our odds have shortened a bit.

Hoping for a solid mid-table season up with the big boys in the prediction league this year... :emoticon-0178-rock:
