Applied for Plat club, anywhere else for you guys? I hope most people not being able to afford the plat club means I've got a better chance hopefully.
1. Can do it via the website once you are logged in. Don't need to use the email. 2. Can select category but only one and will only go in ballot for that category 3. Credit card is automatically debited if you are successful. If it won't debit get an email from club and 24hrs to sort it. Looks like my Indonesian card was trying to automatically debit it immediately as I was asked for OTP. Decided not to bother for Aston Villa game as I definitely wont be here.
Is it right that you can only apply for one category? Or can you put yourself in for numerous categories?
Yes. No. Presumably if you had purchased two different memberships you could go for a different category with each. It doesn't specify what part of the ground the different categories apply to so Plat Club and 1892 Club are only ones I can locate.
So if me and my dad want to sit together, I'll only be able to apply for one category? Because I'm wondering if the strategy is to apply for the more expensive ones, or the cheaper ones. Avoid the more popular ones etc etc. I go for the Plat club but wonder if that reduces my chances being in a more popular section?
So they've made it that you choose the price but can only apply for certain areas of the ground even though most people would want to apply for the whole ground to have a better chance. The club really are hopeless at this stuff
You can link your membership with your da and you will get seats together if successful but means only 1 application,hth.
