Pearson said it was his knee ligaments, but until he has a scan they're unsure of the damage, ie might have just tweaked them although it could equally be more serious. He didnt see the incident and hadnt watched the replay yet to see what had happened.

He looked to be in a bad way, even if we did take the piss out of that daft golf cart thing they used to pick him up.

    Hope he's okay.

I think he was taken out, from where I was, it looked like a penalty(though I may be slightly biased and I've not seen a replay)

Damien seemed to be doing his best to re-arrange Mclean's face too.

KCFM commentary thought the injury was a result of him getting his studs stuck in the ground rather than being taken out. I've also not seen a replay.

Don't forget the PCL and the MCL, they're cool acronyms as well!

yea true but the ACL and PCL are more important and will be out for longer, your more likely to tweek the MCL and LCL, so hopefully its just them or nothing.I mean bullard has severe ACL problems and look how many times he gets injured, fingers crossed for the young lad.

I hope he is OK. Devitt would be the logical replacement, however I would stick Simpson in and play a 4-3-3.

If he is injured I would rather it be now so that he is ready for our promotion season, rather than getting injured at the stat of next season.

Obviously I would rather he wasn't injured at all.

    God Speed.

It could be merely meniscus which can be sorted with a quick arthroscopy. However the "Studs getting trapped" injuries tend to be more hyperextension types which will indicate ligament trauma.
