    These were just a few of the big names we were speculating on a couple of weeeks ago.
    Are we really happy with a former manager of hull city?

    These are only names that fans were throwing around. They were never realistic, your fans just thought you were a bigger club than you actually were and thought you could do better than you actually can, that is all.

    We were never in the frame for the likes of Anchelotti and Hiddink - was speculation by delusional fans.

    Biggest name was MON - mainly because of his history with the club and because he did not confirm nor deny any interest - and realistic targets like Davies, Jones, Keane etc.

    I would have had Davies or Jones, but not Keane, then again Ipswitch havn't really turned it around with PJ <laugh>

    The bookies put some stupid names in there like David Moyes, Rafa Benitez, Carlo Ancelotti, Didier Deschamps, Steve Bruce.

    Nigel Pearson was the only one the owners wanted as they never approach anyone else but only interviewed a few free agent but they didnt fancy them

    Its not our fault who the bookies link with us, when the odds came out straight after Sven was sacked Nigel Pearson wasnt even in the running with the bookies
