Interesting. I'm not up with all the modern gizmos. I think my daughter may have this. She has Alexa to do everything, including lights (colour, mood), tv, a mobile controlled cradle and watch from anywhere, a pram that automatically brakes going downhill and speeds up going uphill . We already have loads of programs via TV now, including Netflix so I expect the TV will be on non stop while the wife is in. Re streaming the Wycombe games, not sure how that will work as they are on WanderersTV which costs £25pm for an international pass. If I can get round that for £30pa that could well be worth it
You get all the games mate...Premier league, efl, the lot. Even the friendlies have been on. All the foreign leagues as well. Watched every Sunderland game last season. Plus all the ppv events like boxing, movies, series etc. Basically, you buy an amazon firestick, pay for an iptv sub, they will give you details of what app to use, download and install the app, then enter the log in details provided by your iptv provider.
But, it's a bit more complicated than that Several providers with widely varying packages and pricing . Will have to get my son involved; he'll understand all the differences
Yippee. Just got in, opened the laptop, banged in my usual starter and almost a hole in 1. Just about to whack in a quick second guess and then thought - Hold it Whilma, I've done that before. So I got out my pen and paper to see if there were any other options and came up with 2 others, one of which seemed the most likely and BINGO. A few days ago that would have been an annoying 3
2 birdies to start a new week. 1 of each, 3 hughies 1st, 2nd & last letters, bit of a think secured a welcome birdie putt. Happy days.
Chart for the week, and been a decent one looking at the scores. Been no fails this week, but we did have an "F"......an F for Forget. Star of the week once again goes to Cumbriette with a seriously impressive 17....only one point of the highest score. And once again, runner up spot goes to @cumbrianmackem with an also impressive 19, a score that would win most weeks. Bloody good scoring that... A few honourable mentions here.... @flandersmackem with 22. @Row 3, @Black Siamese Cat and @Ron all with 23. @Gordon Armstrong with 24. Also,a mention for Mr. Consistent, @SAFCDRUM who scored a par 4 every day. I don't think that's happened before.
No pictures of Linda or any other birdies today, I'm afraid please log in to view this image . . . . two Hughies (1 & 5), and no. 2, three again (no juicies interested), then a relieving par, which seems to be a relatively poor score today
