That's my estimate from the pre season games so far, admittedly it's not a whole lot. Seems to have no problem getting right in the thick of it, happy to put his head in where it can hurt which will see him rewarded with goals from crosses in and around the 6 yard box.

Considering his age the sky really is the limit, instinct is the making or breaking of a striker and he seems to have it, all the extra bits can be coached into his game.

agree, not just the goals for me, that instinct you mention sees him getting into 'those' positions. the timing of runs etc...deffo a little fine tuning needed but i feel if he gets the starts those 15 goals should be easy for the lad.

He looks good to me. Big, strong and knows how to score.

He certainly looks a handful and will only improve with games.

We have an outlet up top to go long and with the wide players and centre midfield getting forward we could cause chaos this season

He's not a 15 goal a season striker yet. He's got it all to prove. When he stepped up to men's football for Benfica B, he wasn't even close to prolific. He looks talented and has had a good pre season, but they're friendlies.

We don't need to pile the pressure on with expectations. Just let him play his natural game and learn. He'll find the physicality of the Championship tough and will get a lot less space. I expect Clarke. Roberts and Dack/Pritchard to all outscore him to be honest. They need to take the strain whilst he adapts.

I'll go along with that he looks like he could score 15 or so to me. I don't think he'll be fazed by the physical side of things in fact I think he'll enjoy it. He's bigger than most CBs and seems to know how to take advantage of it.

Seems to have all the attributes and while it's only preseason he's scored pretty much every game he's played and he can't do more than that to convince as a goal scorer.

Need to see more. Handful but need more evidence with his ability on the touch and striking clean. All headers so far, which is a welcome bonus but need more. Good start.

If he gets 10 and with his movement and threat we Clarke, Roberts, Jobe etc get 10 or so each then it will be an outstanding season for him.

Lighten up. Nobody is piling the pressure on him or anyone. People are getting good vibes that's all.

Hes got a hammer of a shot on him like, seen him score a couple wonder goals from distance

I love that he has scored headers from a few yards out, great sign for a striker getting into those positions for tap ins

Just have a feeling that this lad is going to be quality for us, i reckon 10 goals would be a good return for him this season

Pritchard will 100% not outscore him

Clarke probably will, roberts only scored 5 last season so id be hoping he would be getting 10 this yr

Dack, unsure on expectations for his goal return this season but i reckon between 5-10

Hemir i reckon will hit the 10 goal mark for us as a minimum

I agree. Pritchard has only managed 8 goals in two season for us. I also don't buy this myth he needs a forward ahead of him, as the stats don't back it up.

I can see Bellingham and Dack playing the 10 role this season.

My Sunday League manager almost always played a lad like Hemir because 'He'll score goals, almost by accident.'

I know what he meant now, I didn't then ...

... being 6'4", muscular and mobile guarantees a dozen goals a season. It's up to the coaches to push that up to twenty and beyond.

I'm no expert, just voicing an opinion so I don't need a load of abuse. I think his presence will be an issue for the opposition due to his size, and yes he can head the ball which is promising. Watching him today though he didn't seem keen to high press which our game is based on or go to the wings to help, he just seemed to wander till the ball was close. He seemed that he was only comfortable playing down the middle. That's maybe why Tony is saying he's promising ..... probably inferring that a lot of work still needs doing to get him to what we want. I don't think we can rely on him as been our saviour. As TM has intimated we will probably be getting someone else in to share the work load

Yeah def think thats what TM is hinting at, he is very raw still but is very exciting

If we can sign another striker to rotate with them and they get 25 goals a season between them thats a good return

We know the likes of clarke n roberts will chip in with goals as well

Dont think we will have 1 profilic goal scorer this season, reckon itll be similar to last season where goals will be spread around

I'd really hope our midfield can find their shooting boots, last season was poor imo and we failed to get at least a dozen reasonable chances on target.

Dan Neil was at it again yesterday and fired a shot way over the bar when he was under little pressure.

With our extra height this season, providing Batth and Ballard remain, I'd really hope we can be more like Luton from dead balls into the the box.

The club have addressed the height issue all over the pitch which surly must improve our goals return from dead ball situations, yesterday's well worked corner is a good example.
