Max throwing his toys out of the pram and being told they put him on the track at the best time. Then saying what do you want to do? <laugh><laugh>

In the F2 the track had a mostly dry line just as they started the first flying lap, and were told it was going to piss it down at some point on the lap, which it did.

Whoever made the tyre call is to blame for Stroll's, can't really call aquaplaning off the track a driver error.

I know what you mean and I’m jesting a bit because I don’t rate him one bit. Aqua planing is a little generous to Stroll there I’d say watching the replay.

The rule about mediums was probably the biggest issue there, they’d have probably been marginally okay on the soft

so, after delaying the start because of the rain and the track was wet, the didn't call it a wet rack.

How far does Verstappen get pole by then for the sprint? Anyone going for over 1.5s?

He has utterly blown Perez away to be fair. Sure the car is excellent, but Max is totally in tune with it isn’t he

Carlos is quietly beating Charles on a regular basis. It seems like Ferrari have made another strat error in thinking Charles is the no1 driver!

Interesting how Lewis was doing ok on the times when it was at the crossover between damp/dry but as soon as the track had a proper dry line the lack of pace in the Merc became apparent

I would have said lack of race experience but he has done very well in lower formulas. It's a bit weird that he doesn't do well in the races.
