    and another. that's 4 down.

Smith still there but broad has just broken into them and given England something to build on now.

    antibazzball provides boring and pointless.

As I understand it the idiom is older than Golf and comes from Stocks and Shares.

The Par Value being the standard or average price. So receiving a share price below the 'Par Value' is a bad thing.

no because par is equilibrium so for health you don't want to be below par .Why are you obsessed with the golf scoring system for this rather simple thing.

This is where an aggressive approach works. There’s going to be days and tests where England are skittles out for 150/200. But at the same time, be other days where even if things don’t go great and get bowled out, 3 or 4 will score a quick fire 30/40 before getting out as will get a few lucky edges or smash a few bad balls away for 4 and helps get up to 250.

Australia seem to have just bunkered in and although takes time out the game, England have time to spare cos of their approach. And when australia are only putting bad balls away for 1/2 runs and average balls are being left it means they really stall on run rate.

I think England are going to frustrate a whole load of people and occasionally are going to look silly but it’s far more entertaining and should hopefully mean a hell of a lot less drab draws. We saw in uae v Pakistan manning to get 20 wickets on those pitches because we scored at 6/7 an over to give our bowlers a chance on those dead pitches.

Hmmm, they're not all out yet and Smith's still there. We're less than 100 ahead and have another four wickets to go. I don't see England having much of a lead by the end of the innings. And given the weather forecast, it's all eating into the time.

England lost ther momentum they had built up there

turned what could have been a 50 yess to a 12 run deficit so....... yeah nobody is winning

decent start for the bazball lunatics.

duckett gets 42 and frankly that great for him as he is always getting out somewhere paying that quick.

70 out of Crawley is great and gives us scope. again anything over 40 is great.

stokes is in so you'd feel the next half hour is absolutely crucial for the lead and if they go another 10 overs at 6 an over before losing a wicket then the lead is getting big and it sets up the rest to just slash at it.

tbf it was actually controlled attacking with the aussies barely having a sniff of a chance and even the wicket was on a review that you got the impression the aussies wouldn't have used if they weren't getting a bit desperate .

Is there bad weather coming? There’s 2 days and a session left in the test match, why are England playing like they’re trying to get out by the end of the day?

No leaves Brook nicks one after nearly nicking the prior ball.

All good. Bazzball means the others ha e already made up for him.

We are only ever looking at about 350 and a target of anything over 300 to bowl at.

Brook went after spin but then first over against pace he's still going after the ball and not even giving himself 5 minutes to see one over of pace before swinging away.

    Bazball.

Everyone else has scored bazzball type numbers fast so who cares (apparently)
