had a friend (a mag to boot) who used to play tennis with Durban, Durban was saying to him, 2-3 players and we'd be a top 6 team, money never was available under Cowie,
Ally mcCoist to quote Durban was bought as a kid for the player he was going to become, we didn't manage to get a side around him at such a young age and that's why we couldn't hang on to him

Letting Quinn become chairman, he killed that end of season excitement with his top 10 success and good play, bring back Murray

I think it's tragic that we look safe in February for the first time in 9 years - hope we can secure a win or two in the next 2-to-4 games and push on for a 6th /7th finish.

ENTER STAGE: SAFC in Europe for the first time in 38 seasons ... (ouch!)

We could have been there 9 or 10 seasons ago - we were 2nd in the Premier league and big names would have come, such as Jan Koller
...:( and if only Anderlecht hadn't seen him first? :) or the likes!

Our biggest blunder? Lacking the guts to seize that moment. Twice!

OK Syd look at it this way. They say that over 40 points is the safety point to normally avoid relegation. We only have 37 so if you prefer it you can still say we are in the dog fight at the bottom of the table. There does that make you feel happier
