Wait....I just collected my tickets and the dude said it was unreserved seating, just sit anywhere. Then on getting it home and looking, it has a seat number. Dear Deidre....what should I do.
Here's a **** version... Nantes' historical nickname was "Venice of the West". It's credited with being the birthplace of surrealism. It has 100 public parks.
Went to ticket office in the past hour. Got a ticket....'Sit anywhere,' the young lady said, 'in the east stand,' she added. Though I see the ticket's got a seat number printed on it...Could lead to a fight. Though there may not be enough there to have a fight in a telephone box.
The club said that because of low ticket sales they've made it West and East only, unreserved. So the tickets are printed with seats from when it was going to be reserved but they're to be ignored now.
Should have been free for members , don't see the point of charging £10 and only having a few thousand in the ground
I put it on the proper one on Tuesday. Nantes is named after a tribe of Gaul, the Namnetes, who established a settlement between the end of the second century and the beginning of the first century BC on the north bank of the Loire near its confluence with the Erdre. Nantes belongs historically and culturally to Brittany, a former duchy and province, and its omission from the modern administrative region of Brittany is controversial. Nantes became part of the Viking realm in 919, but the Norse were expelled from the town in 937 by Alan II, Duke of Brittany. In 1664 Nantes was France's eighth-largest port, and it was the largest by 1700. The Nantes region is France's largest food producer. Nantes has been described as the birthplace of surrealism, since Andre Breton met Jacques Vache there in 1916. From the 16th to the 19th centuries, it was the busiest slave tradingport in France. Jules Verne was a famous writer from Nantes, who has seen more sea beds than there are in all the hotels in Portugal..
Don't know where else to put this....obviously we are not expecting a big crowd. Whats this all aboot
