    Yeah i'm with you on that! Am thinking i won't bother watching it now.

    But on a lighter note i agree District 9 was brilliant!

    Good stuff! Well they left it open for a sequal so i'm not surprised. Just hope the same guys are behind it and not the hollywood film ****er uppers!

    PS i'm assuming we are talking about District 9 here and not the other one :)

    Theres an extent to which I agree with that, largely due to some poor efforts remaking Japanese horror badly, but the The Departed is anything but ****ed up. I agree that it would be great if everyone had the patience to watch foreign cinema, but I have no major issue whatsoever if something as good as The Departed can bring a great film to a wider audience. Plus we'd have no Magnificent Seven, and that would just be wrong.

    That film annoyed me. Bruges used to be such a wonderful and romantic place to take the missus where you could enjoy quiet walks along the canals, eat well for decent prices until that film came out and now every bugger and his dog goes there.

    Prices have gone through the roof!
