Leeds United Not Amongst Sides Pushing For 19-goal Hitman At Present please log in to view this image Leeds United are not one of the clubs that are currently pushing for the signature of Swansea City forward Joel Piroe, according to journalist Alan Nixon.
Very interesting that the only decent player Burnley sent out on loan last season was Weghorst, and they received around £2.5m for it. The rest of their loans were kids, or other players who were not making the grade. You can tell this by the sort kind of clubs they are going to. They also sold 4 players for a total of €70m. Tarkowski and Mee were out of contract.
The more I hear about it, the more these loan clauses beggar belief. We paid £25 million for Aaronson, (never mind that he was our worst player last season) and if we don't get promoted he can stay away on loan until his contract expires. And that goes for all these "loanees". So basically we paid millions for these guys to play just one season (assuming we don't get promoted any time soon). How is no one talking about this?????
This was Middlesbrough under Orta in the premier league. Spent big on players not suited for this type of football. Not sure they’ve got back since.
How the hell did Farke buy into this? Another day slips by and the **** show continues.....we are running out of time rapidly. please log in to view this image
Because there are some claiming it's all to do with FFP, a clever move and somehow irrelevant that were stuck paying for those clowns for another four seasons in many cases. Beggars belief, it really does, just how poorly we have been run
Remember a few weeks ago when we had Hay, Smyth and everyone else in clickbait media said: next week we can expect 5 or 6 new signings coming in and a few going out. Well we’re waiting…….. Nick Hammond has been busy so we could be in a good place when the takeover announced. Still waiting ……… 49ers not making many friends at the moment and not making any statement signings means fans fear the worst and investors should be trying to sell their shares before they lose their shirts
no matter how you dress it up debt is just debt and always will be.this club is seriously in debt for these transfer fees owing and for Augustin and the case he is bringing for lost wages.i wonder how much we still owe man utd for dan dan the running man.
I liked this though I didn’t want to. But it is true. I bet that **** JKA can’t believe his luck that we actually signed him. I put that down to Price and the medical team. Didn’t we fail someone on a medical around about that time?
The 200 million proposal to extend the ground is that high because the treatment room is to be extennnnnnnnnnnnnnnnded to accommodate expected influx of demics
Has anyone ever read one of these relegation clauses? Reason I ask is that it's oviously a relegation clause, but it could be carefully worded so that it's only the year of relegation that the loan clause is valid, rather than for the duration of our time in the Championship clause. Surprised the media hasn't locked onto this. Personally, I hope it is a single event clause, but given the level of negligence & incompetence to date, gawd knows what else is in contracts waiting to be activated.
