Do they have a good quality underpant lining, or is it likely to perish?

    Oh
    And?
It was you that said you hated to think you were funding big game hunting.
I wasn’t suggesting anyone should boycott them, or questioning the ethics of anyone. I merely said that I do that’s all.

I recall buying a couple of Lambretta T Shirts from a small independent retailer on Prospect St on the corner of West Street back in the day late 90's, good quality stuff, paid a bit more, but you only get what you pay for, was that your place??

That was actually my Dad’s shop back then, it’s called Brookes and I still supply them, though my Dad retired many years ago.

I got bought the red Castore England cricket top- the collar is a bit on the odd side but it’s a lovely fit- so I treat myself to the blue/green (I think it may be called petrol???) Castore Hoodie and it’s quality- seems really well made

Castore are an interesting brand, two young lads who were handy sportsmen themselves, got themselves jobs in banking to make the connections they needed to raise the finance to launch their own sportswear brand and did exactly that. Only launched in 2015, they're going to generate £250m in sales this year.

Its widely agreed around the industry that somethign stinks. Watch what happens when they float it. Those lads will be off. Their deals are losing them a fortune. Even factories are starting to be careful with them as the expectation is that they wont be around for long. They appear to be Burda mark2 but with a lot more ambition.

Brands started to create budget ranges a long time ago. There was a documentry on TV about Bicester Village and they exposed 'secrets' about how outlets like Bicester Village and York Outlet are able to sell stuff so cheap. Sometimes it is end of line but often now they're making stuff in a cheaper way for a certain market. They showed the difference in a pair of Ugg boots made for the outlets compared to what Ugg were supplying into premium stores.

My business partner is involved in fashion and supplies/supplied Boo Hoo, Misguided, Asos etc. They literally request some items to be so cheap that they dont care what the quality is like as 'throw away fashion' is what they are aiming at with some lines and customers only expect to wear it once or twice. Madness.

Look at the partnerships they have, I’d be incredibly shocked if they go bust.
